I got involved in Schutzhund in 1994 and finally got my first dog in 1995. Yes you read that right......

I attended training sessions as a spectator for over a year!  My long awaited first dog was a Rottie named Paddy Ryan's Angus. Over the course of several years Angus and I worked very hard and finally completed our BH - SchH3. During this time I was beginning to think things might come easier if I had a Shepherd and along came Khon vom Kraftwerk courtesy of Ralph and Shelly Gilby.  I put a SchH1 on Khon with a 96 in protection but we didn't make it any farther than that.

I did learn however that my heart is with Rottweilers so I started my search for my next Schutzhund partner.

On April 6, 2005 Eri vom Waldbach came home and we have started the journey all over again. I can't wait to get back on the trial field!
