-Overview-
The Darkwolf, a hybrid half breed werewolf is terrorizing L.A. looking for the one pure breed in order to mate with her and eventually eliminate the human race. A special unit has been set up within the police force in an attempt to deal with the threat. Mayhem ensues.
First off, I have to say that this movie has by far the absolute worst, most pathetic attempt at CGI ever committed to film. The effect is laughable to the point of tears and I can’t believe that the filmmakers were/are happy with the way it turned out in that respect. On a good note, I honestly did enjoy the film, in a so bad it’s good kind of way. The gore is plentiful and well done (CGI-free for the most part) and there is an extended girl on girl scene that earns the film many points. The plot is redundant, but entertaining, and the acting is above average for a film of this caliber. Worth a rental.
