Ilsa She Wolf of the SS

(Don Edmonds; 1974)

(Anchor Bay Entertainment)

-Overview-

The heartwarming story of Ilsa, a brutal Nazi commandant and her quest to satiate her lust for bloodshed, torture, and sex, all in the name of science. As the Allied forces advance, Ilsa is compelled to increase the brutality of her ghastly experimentation in order to please the Reich. Will all of her hard work pay off?

Ilsa She Wolf of the SS is one of my all time favorite films for many reasons. They don’t come any sleazier than this often banned exploitation classic, with its lovely gore and even lovelier naked frauleins (including the uber-sexy Dyanne Thorne in the titular role of Ilsa). Plenty of torture, bloodshed and full frontal nudity abound, often all rolled into one package. Essential family viewing.
