Now we're getting somewhere; let's discuss it in the Coconut Oil Open Forum
Feedback on Duncan Crow's science-based health basics such as
undenatured whey, selenium, inulin, Transfer Factor, and other overlooked
health essentials
When I incorporated the (inulin, undenatured whey and selenium) into my protocol, it only took
about 2 weeks for my body adjusted and I started having 3 healthy movements a day. That was a huge thing for me, because I was sick for 10 years and on laxative's because I would go days and weeks without movement. The Inulin and undenatured whey healed my intestines. I don't sell this stuff, I just took the advise from Duncan and got healed.

Follow Duncan Crow's advice on Inulin Whey powder and Selenium site. Its helping me and
many others on the [candidiasis] list.
Buy some cold pressed extra virgin coconut oil and take a
tablespoon 4 times a day.
Avoid as much as you can ALL sugars and
refined carbs.
Tell your husband to stop being such a drama queen
and to heal himself.
Hope that helps
Wishing you good
health and happiness

I second the selenium, whey and inulin!!!!!
I am having
amazing results, for example, for the first time in my life I'm having
painfree mentrual periods! ...and am happy more optimistic than I have
ever been.
I also take the supplements mentioned plus tyrosine and
DHA. I started out eating an extreme lo carb diet but now shoot for 6
veggies a day, including greens sauteed with onion and garlic daily. I use
oil of oregano and Yeast Cleanse by Soloray, fatigue and bloating are
typical of die-off, as is flu-like symptoms. Check out the thread on Oil
of Oregano in this forum, very powerful stuff.
I'm into month 6
overall and month 3 of adding selenium, whey and inulin to my diet, I feel
100x better since adding the S,W and I.
Good Luck!

Bee's group- MY experience with Bee
This [candidiasis group]
has proven to be the answer for me. Myth-busting is this groups
forte. Opinions differing from the groups moderator are allowed so we
can discuss things like adults and come to our own conclusions. A
combination of science, anthropological evidence and common sense prevail
here. Personally I have benefitted tremendously and feel extremly
fortunate to have found this particular group.
Rock
NOTE: Several myths propagated by Bee Wilder via her
candidasupport group among others are exposed on the candidiasis list;
find them by typing "candida myths summary" in the candidiasis group's
search box. The header of the concise post above links to a rather long
thread of negative comments from current and former members of Bee
Wilder's candidasupport group. The moderator Bee followed them
electronically to accost them in her familiar "friendly and helpful"
way, and was bloodied and routed by popular opinion. (click
here for more) -Duncan
[the candidiasis list moderator weighs
in] I hope all is well with you and yours.
I need to ask
you Adam to refer to Bee's diet with the content and not the web page.
There are still people here that are hurt by things that went on over
there, both mentally and physically.
So, I am asking you to stop
sending people to her and her site at least for a while.
You are
free to post her main diet points but not by link. It can be looked at as
a whole inside of this group setting.
I agree with Duncan and many
others that some of the things she is leaving out should be included in
ones diet.
We can and should discuss all things that relate to us
getting well and what she is saying is not different...but with in bounds
of reason.
I hope you will see the need to do this. If not, I am
sorry but it must be done.

I'm so glad to have found this group or I'd still be struggling under
a lot of other misconceptions [from Bee Wilder's candidasupport
group].
I, too, have had positive results. I believe I started
taking the whey, inulin and selenium in Feb and within a few weeks was
sooooo much better. I started taking all three at the same time. This
definitely was a turning point in my recovery. Until I started the whey,
inulin and selenium I was not making any or very little progress after 8
mo on the diet. I had been constipated for those first 8 mo and after the
few weeks on the whey, inulin and selenium - no more constipation. I also
stopped getting sick all the time as I was before, no more oral thrush,
increased energy, gained some weight back and building some good muscle
and tissue so I don't look emaciated any more, and have been able to
introduce some foods back into my diet. I finally was able to go out and
get a part-time job. I wasn't able to before because I never knew when I'd
get sick. One day I'd feel good and the next be really sick. So I am
extremely happy and will continue with this program.

Gail, how much shorter do you think your path is
compared to not using the undenatured whey and inulin? Did you also
high-dose on probiotics?
Duncan
(Gail wrote:)
Oh, gosh, that's hard to determine. Before I started the whey and
inulin I couldn't touch even a teeny speck of sugar (or something
high-carb) without having my oral thrush explode and my lips swell up, or
get terrible oozing rashes. After abt 2 weeks on the whey and inulin my
mouth was healing up and I was just feeling better all around -- much less
bloating, improved digestion, increased energy. I'm thinking I'd probably
be back where I was 2 mo ago if I hadn't started taking it. I wasn't
seeing any improvement before [using Bee's candidasupport advice] and
would feel sick all the time off and on. And I was really strict on
keeping to the diet because I was scared to death of the reactions I got
if I didn't stick to it.
I kept thinking maybe after a year on the
diet I'd start feeling better -- or that it might take even longer than
that at the rate I was feeling and (not)progressing. How depressing that
was. And now I am feeling soooo good compared to where I was and my oral
thrush is about gone -- just a little bit of white on my tongue - even if
I eat something like the chocolate I have no reaction in my mouth or lips
anymore. I did try a buckwheat pancake recently and guess I'm not ready
for grains yet :) - made me bloated and next morning felt pretty sick but
was ok by mid-afternoon. Before the whey and inulin I would have been much
sicker and it would have lasted for days.
I didn't high-dose on
probiotics. I had some and was taking them at first but most of the time
would forget to take them. But I did start taking this enzyme formula my
daughter's naturopath sent me that I think helps a lot too. I mix it right
in with the whey & inulin.
Thanks to your wonderful wisdom,
I'm taking 400mcg Selenium, Inulin, Undenatured Whey and Probiotic daily.
I started this regiment about a month ago and I have to tell you I feel
better then I have felt in 10 years.

I have discussed the Whey issue with Duncan at
length and even though it seems way over my head I decided to try it. I
also have sinus issues, at times with Dairy, and was skeptical about the
whole Whey issue.
For the past 6 weeks, I drink 1-2 servings of
Whey protein with a couple of Tablespoons of Coconut oil blended with
water. The vanilla doesn't bother me but the Chocolate does. I am gearing
up to try the unflavored Whey.
Also taking selenium, zinc, C, E, B
complex and a multi. I notice that my asthma is so much better and even
though the weather is colder (asthma trigger) I have only used my inhaler
twice (one puff) since then. My immune system isn't the greatest and never
has been but I do notice that even though I picked up the office cold it
did not end up in my chest nor did I get the usual residual sinus
infection.
Something is working and I hope it is the Whey plus the
supplements........and of course the Coconut oil
I bought the NOW
brand.....is that the version that has MSG in it? I noam MSG/ nitrate
sensitive so I hope that is not why I have been having little headaches
lately.
So, yes I would say that Whey has helped me and it is not
causing a flare up of my sinuses and in fact I have actually been able to
eat some dairy without issue lately

Hey Duncan,
I'm so grateful that you answered my post at the
drclark yahoo group and turned me onto this [candidiasis] group.
Undenatured whey & selenium are really the best things I could
have added to my diet (aside from inulin ;).
Thanks again,

I just wanted to tell you all some good news and give some hope to
sufferers...
It has been one year now that I have been struggling
with the effects of candida. The effects are a persistent skin rash,
primarily. Red, swollen, itchy, crusty - just plain miserable. Some things
would help temporarily, but always, the rash would come back - sometimes
really bad, and sometimes it would move from place to place...I have spent
hundreds of dollars trying to get rid of it over this year of suffering.
For months, I have been reading with great interest the posts re:
inulin and whey [on the candidiasis list] ,
and finally decided to give them a try... after a few weeks on the
inulin/whey/probiotic regimin, I can say that I am better than I have been
in a whole year!
I always felt that there had to be a cure that
would restore me to some sort of normalcy, where I did not have to keep
struggling day in and day out. I think this combo is IT!
Much Love

I have a ways to go still, but this [candidiasis] group
has sped the process so much. I want to thank everyone here. This has been
the single most informative place on the web for me and I agree that we
should get everyone we can on this list because we heal fast. Everyone
should meet Duncan :)

I really owe you a thanks for the following information. My heart was
pounding and palpitating for several days and getting worse by the hour.
After you sent this I went down to the natural food store to get selenium
and magnesium (couldn't find potassium, but ordered some online). Within
literally five minutes of taking the selenium and magnesium my heart
calmed down. I have been taking it, with Vit C, E, A, Cod fish oil, Vit B
and I feel like a new person. The ringing in my ears went away, my heart
acts normal, and I have slept through two nights peacefully, a rarity
lately... Thank you again.

[Duncan wrote:] These symptoms and
racing heart can also be caused by malnutrition including low

With regards to IBS. A member of my family suffered from a similar
condition. I followed Duncan Crow's suggestion and supplemented our
breackfast with Inulin and a top quality Whey Protein. I have also added
probiotics to our daily supplements. It has taken many months, but he is
now sympton free. I appreciate Duncan's imput. I see it as an opportunity
to do further research.

Thank you so very much for all your amazing info, Duncan!!!! I was on
the candida low carb diet for 3 months without losing any weight and being
very constipated and since starting the undenatured whey at the beginning
of Nov. and the selenium a week ago I've lost 10 lbs. Since starting the
selenium last week, I haven't been constipated at all!!!! and my diet
hasn't been perfect this past week, either. WOW! I wish I had started this
from the beginning!!!! I feel wonderful, too!!!! Thanks again!!!
Amanda
I thank my lucky stars that I found your web site one day. Inulin has
definitely changed our lives. My 7 year old daughter whose intestinal
lining must have been stripped away after months of anti-biotic therapy
(for middle ear infections) is enjoying life again. No more bouts of
diarrhea and cramping after meals, and no more bouts of constipation. I
also gave a bottle of Inulin to my father-in-law who had been complaining
of daily diarrhea since being started on Metformin for diabetes two years
ago. Within 2 days, a significant difference was found. And now that his
guts are back to normal, he swears by the product.
My husband and
I thought we should try Inulin even though we are healthy and have a
healthy lifestyle. Wow, what I thought were peri-menopause symptoms,
disappeared within a few days, and my hairloss (since pregnancy 4 years
ago), has completely grown back (including my eyebrows and eyelashes). I
had no idea that our diets lacked these prebiotics.
Any way, I
just wanted to thank you for having such an informative site. I may not
have tried the product otherwise. Thanks again.

On page 75 you mention you have lactose intolerance; it
can be eliminated by culturing a better bowel ecology with inulin and
other prebiotics, according to this British Medical Journal study http://pmj.bmjjournals.com/cgi/content/full/80/946/447
which also points out that "probiotics have been shown clearly to boost
immunity in the elderly."
I used to get very nauseous when I drank
milk, in most forms, cheese and yogourt being the exceptions. I use inulin
that I purchased from Duncan a good while back and have no difficulty with
milk at all anymore. It doesn't even give me gas, which it used to in even
small amounts ie: in coffee. I hadn't tied that to the inulin though, glad
to know that is the reason it helped.
I think that, and the whey
shakes I make in the morning have gone a long way towards making me feel
75% better than I used to feel.
Diana
I have to thank you for your advice. The inulin and probiotics have
not only stopped my candida overgrowth issues but they have also STOPPED
my Crohn's issues. I can't believe how much positive change I've had!
Thanks so much for all your efforts!

Re:
whey and selenium protocol
Hi listmates, I want to put in a
positive story for whey and selenium. I have been taking two scoops per
day of whey religiously for 4 weeks now, and 4 selenium tabs. I had been
only doing 1 scoop and 2 selenium for quite some time. After a month at
two scoops, I am noticing a big difference in my body - fat going away and
muscle building. That extra scoop and more selenium really seem to have
made a huge difference for me. So if you are trying it, be sure you give
it time, and be sure you are taking enough.

Re:
whey and selenium protocol
I wanted to tell a positive story,
also. I started the whey, inulin, selenium and probiotic protocol back in
Dec and am feeling so much better. I could see a difference pretty quickly
after starting with just the selenium and whey, I was severely constipated
before, just on the candida lo carb diet and after introducing the
selenium I was regular again. After starting the inulin, I had a great
deal of gas and diarrhea, but after leveling off at 2 heaping teaspoonfuls
I haven't had gas in the last 2 months. I gradually increased my inulin
over a 4 month time period and want to finally get up to 3 heaping
teaspoonfuls over the next couple months. I want to repeat I had gas for 4
months and a little bit of cramping with diarrhea when I increased too
quickly, I just backed off to a lower dosage and stayed at that level for
a week or so before increasing again. I should also state I have had bowel
dysbiosis all my life and candida for a long time! I am 38 and I feel
better than I have my entire life, I have suffered from depression and
anxiety not to mention severe stomach problems my entire life and though
I'm far from perfect I feel more energetic and positive than ever. Life is
good.
Amanda
My husband was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis, and thanks to the
information Duncan shared on this list, I tried him on the probiotics and
inulin, and he completely recovered. That information about the study that
was done was not any information that his doctor was telling him. I didn't
buy anything from him, but the information was important and helpful to my
family at least.
Lisa Doyon
My name is Tim Yoakum, and I came across your website while
researching colitis. I have followed the whey/selenium/inulin protocol for
the past 11 days, and I'm much improved. I can't thank you enough for the
information that you freely share for all to read and empower themselves.
Thank you,
Tim

Thank you kindly for your amazing, useful info
to my personal email. You are a tremendous asset to this group! I will be
looking very forward to the work that we will do together now that I will
engage you as my holistic consultant. I will be spreading the word very
quickly to all of my family and friends. Of all the many months that I
have been searching and researching online and off for the right products
to kick-start my wellness program yours by far top the rest. While lots of
others have good ingredients and even healthfulness, yours are far
superior. I especially like that you are a fellow Canadian. We Canucks
need to stick together! ha.

Thanks are Worth Giving for Transfer
Factor-Tumor Almost Gone
Recently there was so much discussion of
Transfer Factor that I ordered a bottle. Since taking it, my tumor in my
breast has almost disappeared. The only other thing I did was take cesium
for months. I had quit using the cesium because of digestive problems and
I was rubbing it on but it did not seem to be doing much. I was told it
might take 3 or 4 months so I am not sure if it helped or not. It was
giving me such a rash that I had quit taking it before starting the
Transfer Factor. I am going to put my dog and the grandbaby on it.
I have tried all sorts of things and this is the first time my
tumor has ever shrunk. It is almost gone. I have asked several people who
said their cancer disappered due to Transfer factor and they said they
were taking 6-12 a day, so I have been taking 6 of the Plus a day. I am
not sure what tests I can take eventually to know if this is really
gone!!!

Rosalind,
I'm so happy for you,
congratulations!!! I too had cancer and think Transfor Factor worked on my
stage 4 abdominal cancer. I still take Transfer Factor - 3 pills a day. In
February will be my one year anniversary. I took six a day for 3 months.
When my pet Scan came back with no cancer, I started to just take three a
day. One very nice bonus is my arthritis does not bother me any more. In
fact I'm swimming one HOUR A DAY and feeling GREAT. I have not felt better
in 10 years. My energy level is getting better everyday. So once again
congratulations and may the factor be with you!!!! [A little Star Trek

More on Transfer Factor
I had been
diagnosed with breast cancer estrogen positive 2 1/2 years ago. This last
year it has been growing so that I could feel a lump and see it a bit. Now
it is almost gone in less than a month! Transfer Factor is the brand. I
did sign up as a distributor to get more of a discount. I am putting
everyone in my family on it.I am reporting this because I told everyone
that if it worked I would report back and wow it did! I just took one
bottle of 60. I wish I had taken it 2 years ago when I first heard of it.
I tried so many other things first that did nothing.I think also not
eating much meat and using the denatured whey protein has helped. I take
lots of supplements. Hopefully it has not spread to any other organs.
Rosalind
Colostrum Compared to Transfer FactorI used colostrum from the
health food store before I ordered the Transfer factor and colostrum did
not keep me from the terrible sore throats I was getting or help to rid me
of cancer.
Then, I started on Transfer Factor and after I took
just one bottle, the tumor went away. I do hope to test negative for
cancer. I want to go see Vincent when I get to CA and have some
noninvasive tests run to prove it is gone.
I gave my grandbaby the
colostrum and it kept him from getting so sick that he had to go back into
the hospital for dehydration. We are ordering him Transfer Factor for Kids
and I will report how well that works. He needs to get out and socialize
with other kids but we need him to stay well also. I wish I had ordered it
2 years ago when I found out about it for the first time. There is no
comparison with the plain stuff. This advanced formula of TF is potent!!!
That is why they have patents on their formulas!! Rosalind
******I feel it is important to mention Duncan that the Transfer
Factor that works the best of all Transfer Factors is 4Life Transfer
Factor. All the heppers and lymies I know found that this brand worked the
best for them....all of these folks used other transfer factors before,
yet the 4Life TF worked best. NOTE: this is an old testimonial.
The writer and friends now maintain Researched Nutritionals
Transfer Factor is better. This is sold only to health professionals with an order code, so call the company, tell them
Linda Heming referred you and wants you to look up which Transfer Factor blend you'd need for your ailment, and
use code HXXX to order from the website.

I belive that I'm cancer free today because of Transfer Factor. I have

other treatment you do. If you want to know more let me know I would love
