The frame raising for this project in Water Valley, Alberta was completed in 2005. This is a ranch style hybrid constructed with a Douglas Fir timberframe which incorporates a clean and simple truss design spanning the great room 28 feet across. The home has 3,300 sq.ft. of living space on the main and upper floors.
