Frequently Asked Questions
Q. Do you accept new patients?
A. Yes, We are currently accepting new patients.
Q. Do you offer evening appointments?
A. Yes, our office is open every Tuesday and Wednesday from 12pm until 8pm.
Q. How do you determine your fees?
A. River Park Dental Centre follows the current Manitoba Dental Association’s Suggested Fee guide for General Practitioners.
Q. What forms of payment do you accept?
A. We accept payment via cash, debit card, MasterCard, Visa, and cheque.  We do not accept direct payment from insurance companies (assignment of benefits).  Please note that payment is required at the end of every appointment.
Q. Does your office take my insurance?
A. Yes, as a courtesy, we will submit your claim electronically to eligible insurance companies for the quickest turnaround time possible.  Reimbursement by your insurance carrier can be expected within 2-5 business days.  Please note that our office is non-assignable for dental insurance.
Q. Does your office provide orthodontic (braces)?
A. Yes.  Both Dr. James and Dr. Kozak provide orthodontic treatment and are both Invisalign certified.
Q. What is your cancellation policy?
A. If you are unable to keep an appointment or need to make changes to your existing appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.  A cancellation fee may be levied to your account if this policy is violated.
