As life moves on...
and months turn into years.
A comforting warmth...
inside my heart continues.
As I sit by the edge of the ocean
staring into a lightly misty sky...
A warm summer breeze blows gently
as the evening evolves into darkness.
Shining down from the heavens above...
a glimmering full moon rises.
As the time and my thoughts drift
slowly along with our love.
I find myself lost for a moment...
caught up in the beauty that surrounds me.
While the whales move gracefully through the waves
And the eagles soar so flawlessly...
Free to do as they wish.
It's as if they can read my innermost thoughts.
Relaxation deepens...
my thoughts and feelings seem to join theirs.
Just as soothing and reassuring...
as the depths of our love.
Sleep overcomes me as I drift with the moon.
Capturing all these pleasures...
storing them deep within my heart.
And one day I hope...
I can share them with you!
