| 村田博さん（６１才）はニューヨーク近郊に住み、趣味のヘリ・スキーとモーターサイクルのライダーとしてプロ級の腕前を持つスポーツマンです。今回のチョーオユー登山ではザイル・パートナーとして常に私と一緒に行動し、風雪の頂きに立ち、喜びを分かちあいました。彼はニューヨーク大学で絵画のプロフェッサーで有ったこともあり、アイランドピーク登頂の際に描いたスケッチを借用して私のホームページに掲載することになりました。ご覧いただければ幸いです。 | ||||||||||||||||||

| Hiroshi Murata was educated at Rhode Island School of Design, BFA 1964, and Yale University School of Art and Architecture, MFA 1966. His work has been exhibited widely in the United States and Japan, and is represented in many public and private collections. His commissioned works include Paintings, Theater Curtians, Terrazzo Mosaic, Tile Murals, Marquetry Murals, and Metal Relief. He resides in Frenchtown, New Jersey. | ||||||||||||||||||
