Introduction

Testimonial Wizard is a utility for filling out testimonial of sea service forms using a computer instead of a typewriter, Word template or Form Tools. If enough interest is shown in the program future versions of Testimonial Wizard will maintain a database of all testimonial information and allow printing of any form at any time.
Testimonial Wizard will only work properly these forms:
82-0666 (09-91) Testimonial of Sea Service(Engineers)
82-0315 (10-91) Certificate of Watchkeeping Service (EXN-25)
82-0546 (04-91) Supplementary Testimonial of Service... (EXN-26)
