Radius Cutter

As seen above, our home built Radius Cutter. Yes it's there. It's the Drill press...
I cut a piece angle steel 27 " long and bolted it to the Drill press base. Mounted the Plasma cutter at the end for a 30" inch measurment from center of Drill press support to the cutting tip of the Plasma cutter.
To make the cutting movement even smoother, I attached a Camcorder zoom motor on a magnet base . Coiled some copper wire around the spindle, attached the wire to the end
of the angle steel. Turned on the cutter flick the switch, sit back and watch the cutter go. See the example animation below.
