We do not allow links to alliance sites, and they will be removed as we see them. We also
do not permit CB's of any type to be posted in the forum, save for those that have the

Due to many people asking us for reproduction rights of some material on our page, and because
of the unpleasant, but very real possibility of plagiarism, we have decided to set some clear
guidelines for anyone wondering if they can "borrow" our material.
For anyone wondering if they can post UD material in their kingdom forums (posting in the main
forums linked from the Utopia homepage is strictly prohibited):
This is acceptable, providing these guidelines are followed.
·Include in the post that you got the file from the Utopia Depot.
·Do not modify the text in any way (except if you need to format it for the forum).
·Give credit to the file author and do not try to pass it off as your own.
For those wondering if they can post material from Utopia Depot on their webpages. Our policy regarding
the use of material from Utopia Depot in places other than the kingdom forums is, for obvious reasons,
much stricter.
Our policy states: "Any individual who wishes reproduction rights for material contained on
this page must, before all else, request this from the Utopia Depot Staff by reaching us though the stated
email addresses. The request must included what specific part of the page you want to reproduce and where
you plan to display this material if you recieve it. Upon recieving this request, we will check to see if
the material in question is exclusive Utopia Depot material or if the material in question is being used
with permission from the material creator. Exclusive material from Utopia Depot may not be used on any
webpage or publication without written permission from the UD Staff AND the file author. Material being
used by Utopia Depot with permission from the file author may be reproduced only if permission from the
author is granted."
