Description:

This practical hands-on course will introduce the participants to the many Information Technology and Internet resources that are available for today's classroom. Software, digital media and Internet resources will be introduced and discussed.

Objectives:
1. You will be introduced to practical ideas that work integrating technology and the Internet into the classroom.
2. You will be introduced to the many technology and Internet resources that are helpful in the classroom.
3. You will be introduced on how to match technology and Internet resources to the curriculum.
4. You will be introduced to digital media and its uses in the classroom.
5. You will create useful technology resources to use in your classroom.
6. You will be introduced to the development of student electronic portfolios and related resources.

Note : The emphasis will be on the secondary classroom
