e.Guides.Space Travel - this site developed by Google and DK Interactive supports the DK Interactive book called "e.guides Space Travel".

Smithsonian Kids - Collecting - at this site find answers to the questions why and how to collect.

America's 2000 Stamp Program - this web site commemorates achievements and achievers in stamps.

APS - Just for Kids - this site has a lot of tips and information for beginning collectors as well as teacher resources.

Topic : Nature Obervations

The Electronic Naturalist - at this site find a weekly environmental education lesson plan that includes a downloadable poster, background text, vocabulary, activities and related web sites.

Art Rituals - this site contains detailed ideas for using contour drawing in the classroom using observations.

In2Edu - ( K - 12 ) - created by Warren Grieve, technology specialist, New Zealand. Materials are organized by subject.

LETS Net - ( K - 12 ) - stands for Learning Exchange for Teachers and Students through Internet, was developed by Michigan State University. Its goal is to provide teachers with a model for integrating the Internet into the classroom through several dozen outstanding Web-based units.

Middle School Science - ( 6 - 9 ) - created by Elizabeth LaRosa orginally for her own middle school students. In each subject, Chemistry, Physics, Earth Science and Life Science, there are many worthwhile lessons, labs, worksheets, and interactive Web-based activities.

Project Venture Lesson Plans - ( K - 12 ) - one of the objectives of this Arizona based Web site is to provide teachers with opportunities for professional development and methods to integrate technology into the curriculum.

Encyclopedia of Educational Technology - ( Teachers ) - is useful for reviewing and updating your tech skills.

Literary Encyclopedia - ( Teachers ) - is a reference site that provides scholarly articles primarily on American and british fiction.

Musicals101.com - ( 7 - 12 ) - this site is known as the Cyber Encyclopedia of Musical Theatre.

NatureServe - ( K - 12 ) - this site includes two impressive online encyclopedias called NatureServe Explorer and InfoNatura. These provide facts on the plants, animals, and ecosystems of the United States, Canada and latin America.

Oz Encyclopedia - ( 4 - 12 ) - this site is dedicated to all things Oz.

PRIME Encyclopedia - ( 9 - 12 ) - this site was developed by a group of math education graduate students in order to provide high-school and college students with a reliable mathematical information that was both accurate and inspiring.

Encyclopedia Smithsonian - ( K - 12 ) - this site was created to help answer frequently asked questions about the Smithsonian and its collections.

The Weather Channel Storm Encyclopedia - ( 4 - 12 ) - contains information about extreme weather from El Nino to Flooding to Hurricanes to Tornadoes to Severe Thunderstorms to Global Warming to Winter Storms and to Heat Waves.
