For Kids Only - Earth Science Enterprise - this site created by NASA is great for earth science with interactive games and lessons on People, Air, Land, Water and Nartural Hazards.

Memoir: Stuff of Our Lives - this unit on writing memoirs contains nine lesson plans targeted for fourth grade.

Biology Corner - ( 9 - 12 ) - created and maintained by biology teacher Shannan Muskopf, the Biology Corner contains lesson plans, images, and quizzes.

Favorite Poem - ( 4 - 12 ) - this Web site contains 20 lesson plans that were developed by particpants in the Boston University Favorite Poem Project. The Poem Project saught to improve poetry's place in the American classrooms by encouraging active, engaging poetry lessons that emphasize a direct, vocal connection to poems.

NASA Explores - ( K - 12 ) - here find weekly new standards-based lesson plans and articles relating to current NASA projects.

The Barnes Foundation - ( 3 - 8 ) - promotes the advancement of education and appreciation of the fine arts.

Canadian Children's Book Centre - ( K - 12 ) - was created to promote, support, and encourage the reading, writing, and illustrating of Canadian books for children and teens.

EarthDay.gov - ( K - 12 ) - is the portal for U.S. government events and information on Earth Day.

MuseumKids - ( K - 12 ) - is part of the Metropolitan Museum of Arts Web site. Here find activities for a real visit plus 15 great Web explorations.

National Gallery of Art for Kids - ( K - 12 ) - helps children develop interpretive and analytical skills through interactive discussions of paintings and sculpture in the National Gallery of Art, educational explorations, online art activities, and an animated musical story.

Zero Bio - ( 9 - 12 ) - created by Canadian teacher Elliott Kimmel as an online biology reference for high school students.

Crayola Creativity Central - ( PreK - 8 ) - here find appropriate and engaging art lessons for all ages, as well as projects for stduenst with special needs.

Bright Smiles, Bright Futures - ( K - 3 ) - this site helps reinforce the concepts of brushing and flossing teeth along with interactive games for students and guidance about choosing helpful snacks.

Hangout NJ - ( K - 8 ) - this site helps students find out facts about the state of New Jersey.

Yellowstone Volcano Observatory - ( K - 8 ) - this site shares current data about volcanic and earthquake happenings in Yellowstone National Park.

Honey.com: Just for Kids - ( 2 - 8 ) - here students can learn about honey trivia, honey history and facts about colonies, drones, and worker bees.

KidPub - ( K - 8 ) - at this site find a database of over 43,000 stories written by children.
