This is a view from the quarry section. The stairs lead down to the Temples on the left. The Residential Section is on the other side of the Central Plaza. The gray rock to the extreme right in the Residential Section is used as a slide by many people. Notice on the stairs how the structure is build from the underlying rock, or built upon.....
As a followup to the comments on the curved walls in the previous (4416.htm) page, the other curved wall can be seen in the residential section by the slide rock.......
