The station itself sits on a fence along the CN line, but some brief testing suggests that the trains have little or no effect on the readings. The temperature and humidity sensors are at about 7 feet off the ground; the anemometer is at a height of about 12 feet.
The wind exposure is very good for a residential area, with more than 30 feet in most directions, save for the sector from about 300° to 350°.
