An Atlanta native, Daryl Wilcher has been involved in various aspects of the entertainment industry for over 15 years. He is a SAG actor with credits in movies, television and commercials. His background and training is rooted in various Atlanta theater groups, and although he relishes the 'lead dramatic roles', his strengths lie in comedy and the 'offbeat supporting character types'. His range and look is wide enough for him to go from 'mainstream', to more unconventional roles. He is

frequently cast as the 'goofy neighbor'/ 'eccentric best friend', or as the 'thug villian'.

He has appeared in T.V. commercials for Kentucky Fried Chicken, Coca-Cola, and Combos Pretzels.

He has made numerous appearances in the T.V. show, 'In the Heat of the Night', as well as the crime reenactment shows, 'America's Most Wanted' and 'Unsolved Mysteries'. He also shot a pilot for CNN, appearing as a host for a T.V. news show for children and teens.

His feature movie credits include, 'Sleepaway Camp III: Teenage Wasteland', 'Murder in Mississippi', and 'Freejack'.

Daryl also works behind the camera as a 'video-tech.' and as a screenwriter. He has worked in conjunction with Davenstar Media Group, a video production company that produces music videos and comedy concert tours such as 'The Kings of Comedy', and Tyler Perry's video stage comedy 'Madea's Class Reunion'.

Daryl is currently working to develop two of his own screenplays; 'The Wish Box', a fantasy about a group of friends who find a magical 'wish granting treasure chest', and 'All We've Got', a multi-racial love story that focuses on a married couple involved in a consensual, polygamous relationship with a live-in bisexual girlfriend.

In his spare time, Daryl enjoys fantasy movies, comic art, animation and erotica. He loves animals and also works as a technician in an animal clinic. He also draws his own cartoons and sometimes works as a freelance cartoonist and storyboardist. He also supplements his income as a massage therapist.

Daryl looks forward to a long and productive career as both a film actor and an artist.
