are always two choices for the main course. Residents are
provided each weeks menu in advance and can request

varies each day from cake to pies and ice cream to yogurt.

once a week to wash, clean and vacuum. Bed linens and towels
are laundered, the kitchen and bathroom are cleaned, carpets
are vacuumed and the furniture is dusted. Each suite cleaning
is customized to the wishes of the resident.
All utilities are included in the rent.
Heat is provided by a large gas fired boiler that heats
and circulates hot water to baseboard heaters in the suite.
Each suite has its own thermostatic control in the living
room. The cablevision provided by Shaw includes all 3-tiers,
which accesses more than 60 channels.
