All of the 59 suites are quite unique.  There are nine different floor plans.  Some face the courtyard, others face Esquimalt Road.  Therefore, the monthly rental fees vary according to the suite area, the view and the floor on which the suite is located.  The following shows the rental fees range for suite type:

Studio Suites	starting at:	$1,975 to $2,175
One Bedroom Suites	starting at:	$2,275 to $2,675
Two Bedroom Suites	starting at:	$2,975 to $3,425

There is an additional fee for the second person of $450 per month.

Monthly rental fees include cablevision, electricity, heat, parking, housekeeping, the dinner meal, entertainment, activities and the emergency response system.

Residents pay for their own telephone service and long-distance charges.

Breakfast and lunch are also served daily.  The monthly charge for breakfast is $60 and for lunch, $120.
