   As an avid cartridge and shot shell collector, I have dedicated this site to the Cartridge Collectors and Law Enforcement Agencies who find this hobby exciting and historical.  There also does not seem to be a lot of web space or information readily available for cartridge information, thus this site was created.  This site is not intended for, nor does it contain any gun information and very little in the way of re-loading or modern shootable ammunition (ex: boxes of ammo for sale).

    As far as cartridge collecting goes, I currently have just over 5,100 different cartridges and shot shells. My interest is fairly broad, covering antique to military to Sporting cartridges. I am particularly interested in Old West, North American Sporting cartridges and antique cartridges (1860-1910).British cartridges, .22's and cartridge/shot shell boxes are not within my area of collecting interests, but information on these cartridges will be maintained on this page as many of you do collect them.
