The Summer Work - Student Exchange Program is a non-profit organization that gives 16 and 17 year old students in English-speaking communities the chance to trade homes with a student from a French-speaking community (within Canada) in the summer with a full-time summer job.  Students live with each other's families and all expenses, including transportation and weekend activities, are covered by the program.  We are funded by Canadian Heritage through Exchanges Canada.  For more information about our program call Stephanie Nairn toll Free at 1-866-361-1583.

This extensive interactive site allows students the opportunity to
identify all their skills and achievements from every part of their life.
They can identify which skills, interests, values and abilities are
important in the work they are seeking, present them clearly and with
examples in a resume, cover letter or interview.  They can go through  step
by step to create their personal file or portfolio.
