 There is free Real Player software to download  that includes RealAudio & RealVideo.
 You can go to web sites of french radio stations
 anywhere in the world and if they have RealPlayer you just click on their symbol and then you hear/see
 their broadcast automatically.

 Note that many sports organizations ie. the NHL, have web sites that include what radio stations are  broadcasting their games, some of these have realaudio so you can listen with your computer (ie. in french  to montreal canadiens
