Step 1: First decide which
leg you’re going to start with, let's say the left.
Bend your left knee and put your left foot a few inches from the ground.
Step 2: Have your right leg and foot straight.
Step 3: Now here is the
key. Slide the straight foot across the floor and
when you stop change your pose to the opposite leg like in step one and
two!
Step 4: Keep doing these steps until you’re ready to stop and do another
move.
