Kip-ups

Step 1: Feet as close to your face as possible(like bent in half), arms over
your shoulders touching the ground (very hard to explain if you haven't
seen a person do one, like when you get up in a bridge).

Step 2: Now throw your legs as high as they can go up and out(One thing I
had trouble with was kicking hard out not down), this should lift your
hips as well. Now thrust hard with your arms, lifting your upper body.
