
The Bounce Step
Step 1: Get down on both knees.
Step 2: Spin around once or twice on both knees.
Step 3: Stop and get into the pushup position.
Step 4: Put your right
or left leg behind the opposite leg ending with
your legs in a 4 shape.
Step 5: Hop and land with
the leg that was bent behind on the ground and
the other leg pointing straight out(like you're about 2 do a swipe).
Step 6: Point 1 hand in the air.
Step 7: Now bounce on
and off each foot while turning in a circle.
