
Boomerang
You have your hands in
between your legs, which are spread;
your hands are holding your body up off the ground, including your
legs, while walking on your hands.
Step 1: Practice holding
your body up off of the ground like you would
with a flare.
Step 2: Once that your
good at that, put your hands in between your legs,
in your "area".
Step 3: Now begin to walk
around in a circle by shifting your weight from
hand to hand.
Step 4: Make sure that
your legs are spread wide like you would do in a
windmill.
Once you've got this down,
work on your speed, and try linking it to
windmills, and if you can do the splits, lean over into a turtle.
