PREPARATIONS  FOR  THE  EGGPLANT  FESTIVAL

A lot of hard work goes into preparing for the Melitzana Festival.  Most of the town volunteers their time and much hard work to pull off a very successful event each year.  Below is just a small sample of the environment during this preparation time.
