and Our Dogs
Our first dog was not a Dalmatian but a Collie/Shepherd cross which came
with the house we bought. Our next dog was a Chesapeake Bay Retriever
who had severe hip dysplasia and eventually had to be sent to heaven.
Both my husband and I have been firefighters so naturally our next choice
was a Dalmatian! It took us about 8 months to find our first one.
At the time that I write this we own five but have recently had a litter
so our numbers have expanded temporarily!
We live just outside of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada on 4 acres of land.
I am a Registered Nurse, Glenn is an Automotive mechanic, and Gregg is
a student in Grade 5.
Breeding, raising, and exhibiting Dalmatians is a hobby for us and we thoroughly
enjoy having these dogs as a part of our family. They all live in
the house with us. The summers here are warm with generally pleasant
weather so they spend quite a bit of time outside. The winters however
can be very cold so the house becomes very crowded and seems very small
at times. Dalmatians have short hair and can only tolerate cold weather
for short periods.
Our breeding philosophy is simple. We strive to produce top quality
puppies, sound in mind and structure. We offer a guarantee for temperment
and freedom from genetic disorders. We also encourage our puppy owners
to keep us updated on the puppy's well being and adventures throughout
their lives. Finally we only produce puppies when we have a desire
to keep one or two for ourselves.

of 20 years of
loyal and meritorious service to public security in Canada.
In May of 2001 I weighed 230 lbs. This picture was taken in June of
2002, 105 lbs lighter!
