Mats for Fall

Community Aikido has started up at Castle Downs on Tuesdays at 7:15. We are using softer blue mats for now so adjust your balance. We hope to have mats downtown at Don Wheaton’s YMCA. When they come in we will start classes there as well. Keep tuned or if you wish to be notified by email, send me your email address.

Northern Alberta Aikikai is hosting Cyndy Hayashi on Friday Sept 9, 6:30-8:30pm and Saturday Sept 10 1:30-3:30pm and 5:30-7:30pm at the St. Albert dojo (42c Riel Drive). All are welcome, pay at the door. $80 for all, $50 for Sat, $30 per class. Call Tom (780.486.1560) for details.
