Meet Thomas Labelle, BA, CEC, CCDP

"There comes that mysterious meeting in life when someone acknowledges who we are and what we can be, igniting the circuits of our highest potential" --Rusty Berkus
Thomas Labelle holds a Graduate Certificate in Executive Coaching (CEC) from Royal Roads University in Victoria. He is also a Certified Career Development Professional (CCDP) and has obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Human Service Administration. Thomas is an active member of the Career Development Association of Alberta (CDAA), member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches (CAPC).
He feels extremely fortunate to be in the position to excite and motivate clients about career and life “possibilities” and to help them devise strategies towards achieving their goals. The ability to help people discover or reshape their career and life goals is a privilege that Thomas enjoys and takes very seriously, while understanding that life craves and functions best with generous sprinkles of healthy humor.
The complex world of work requires an individual to be proactive and responsive to consistent change. Knowledgeable, compassionate, and inspirational coaches can help empower individuals to meaningfully connect, not only to their occupational aspirations, but in all facets of their lives.
Thomas loves nature, sports, paddling his kayak and fitness.
He has been crazy enough to complete marathons and compete in other self indulgent and punishing athletic endeavors. His respect, love and appreciation for his family grows with each passing day. He can truly call his amazing wife his “best friend” and the most amazing teacher he has ever had the privilege to work with. He savours the opportunity to teach their joyful and exuberant ten-year-old son and two-year-old daughter how to paddle a canoe or identify that "blue" bird, and treasures the beautiful simplicity, though occasionally chaotic, nature of family bliss in Calgary, Alberta.
"I can say with tremendous confidence that Thom's skills and commitment towards his profession are amongst the best in the career advisory industry. It could clearly be seen that he loved what he did as he worked tirelessly towards achieving his ultimate goal, of developing the students of today into the leaders of tomorrow."
