COBC relies on the contributions and comments of readers like you. Unfortunately, undesirable elements on the internet innundate me with "spam" and viruses. On a good day, a mere 1% of emails are legitimate. Not having found any good way to identify and delete spams, COBC has decided to identify the relevent emails instead.
It is therefore important that you use one of the response forms, or that you follow the instructions below to ensure that your email avoids the spam-filters. Response forms are preferred, but emails are accepted.
