Carl (Mooncrow) Evans created an extensive collection of listings for Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming. The listings were taken over by The Cheef, but the content stagnated after 2002. Because of this I made the decision to expand my coverage of the Pacific Northwest. (But Mooncrow's site was still a great source of information! If anybody has an archive of it, please send it to me!) In 2009, the Cheef's site also vanished. <sigh> - The
