Storage Rooms

Each residential strata lot has an assigned storage locker. Storage rooms are for the exclusive use of a specific strata lot and are designated as limited common property for the strata lots in the residential section, and therefore access to each storage locker will be limited to their respective strata lot owners on their  floor only. The common area such as any storage area's entrances, lobbies, corridors, must be keep free and clear of all debris that may block access to a storage locker, or prevent proper egress or ingress to a storage locker or utility room.

For the benefit of everyone, please ensure that your storage locker is securely locked at all times. 

Also, please be advised / reminded that the Fire Code stipulates that no items may be stored, or left outside of the lockers. 

The Strata Council may choose, without notice, to dispose of any items left outside of the lockers.
