• DONE !Cameras in fitness room - theft control
• DONE ! fitness center - New Equipment

  • free weights & stand with bench
  • mats & yoga balls
• DONE !  back alley cleanup
• DONE !  Switching Laundry from Free to Pay per load services.  Costs to maintain free laundry for a primary rental building is not feasible.
• Talk about long term projects
  • starting special fund for window replacement in 25 - 50 years + and yearly on going envelope maintenance
