The Company
Introduction
Avery Construction Ltd. is a contracting company providing a diversified
range of services in the construction, transportation, logging and material
handling industries. Experience and expertise has been attained in a wide
variety of disciplines including major earthworks operations, road building,
pipeworks installations and industrial maintenance. The Company's transportation
service includes vans, flatbeds, and lowbeds. It is involved in hauling
goods to and from Sault Ste. Marie to all points in North America.
Construction Experience
Avery Construction Ltd. has gained a great deal of experience related to
many aspects of the construction industry. Avery has
extensive experience with:
Harvesting Operations
Avery Construction specializes in the harvesting of hardwood throughout
Northern Ontario. Avery supplies a quality service with a strong
focus on our environment in order to insure a sustained resource is
preserved.
Material Handling
Avery has the capabilities of unloading and reloading transports and rail
cars. We specialize in the handling of steel and forest products of
various types and sizes.
Transportation Experience
Avery also has a great deal of experience in the transportation industry.
Originally, this sector of the company only consisted of two tractor units which
provided a lowbed service, hauling mainly heavy equipment. The
transportation aspect of the company has now grown to include over 20 tractor
units, which haul varying types of trailers (including lowbeds, flatbeds, and
