I was interested in capturing the elegance and poise of Audrey Hepburn and her girly, slightly mischievous expression. The colors are bright and vibrant and there are many different hues of colors that cannot all be accurately seen in a photo on your computer monitor. Also, different lighting (i.e. morning light, afternoon light, artificial light) will emphasize different hues of the colors in the painting.
