
~Peanut Butter Snowballs~ |
Prep time: 20 minutes 1 cup icing sugar, sifted (250ml) 1/2 cup Peanut Butter (125ml) 3 Tbsp butter (45ml) 1 cup graham crumbs (250ml) 8 squares Baker's semi-sweet chocolate Beat sugar, peanut butter. Stir in crumbs. Shape into 1-inch (2.5cm) balls and place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Chill for 30min or until firm. Melt chocolate over hot water or in microwave on medium power for 2 to 3min. Dip balls and place on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet; chill. Store covered in refrigerator |
