Terms and Policies

Bookings
Weekly
rentals (Saturday to Friday) are preferred during peak season from late June to early September. See Rates
& Availability.
In the off-peak
season of late September to early June, you can book by the
night with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Please call us for pricing.
Smoking
is only allowed outside, and must be properly disposed of. Pets
are not allowed except in special circumstances.
Payment
The Booking
Deposit is due at the time of reservation and is 1/2 of the total
vacation rental amount. Cheque or moneyorder must be received at our
office with a current date, within 10 days of your reservation.
The Final payment
is the remainder of your vacation rental amount. If you are booking
within 30 days of arrival, then full payment is due at reservation time.
If you have booked more than 30 days in advance, you are requested to
mail a cheque/moneyorder for the final payment that is dated for two
weeks prior to your arrival date.
After booking,
the cancellation policy applies.
Reservation
Confirmation
Once we have
received your booking deposit, we will provide you with a Confirmation &
Contract that reviews rental details, as well as
information, rules and policies of Christina Lake View Rentals.
A booking is not
confirmed until we have received your booking deposit, and your signed
Confirmation & Contract at our office.
