Shower Door - PDFs

To use these PDFs you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader and a printer to print them out.

To download the shower order form, click on an image that represents your shower the best. (If you have any questions please call us at (403) 277-2456)

Print out the form, and fill in the information needed:

Fill in your name where it says Customer's Name, today's date, the address where the shower will be installed. Leave the ship date line blank.
Choose a frame color; (Brushed Nickel, Chrome, White, or Brass)
Choose a glass type; (Rain, Pinhead, SprayLite, Clear, or Clear With Lines

Pictures of the frame color and glass types are available on the Online Shower Order Form which is coming soon.
