I was fortunate enough to see the Chieftains at Lincoln Center in New York City last March 17th. They played many of my favorite songs (Changing Your Demeanour, especially). There were two special groups, including the Aer Lingus Pipe Band, and the Fiddle/Piano duo of Natilie McMaster and Tracey Dares. I had the good fortune to meet Ms. Dares and her boyfriend, who is also a piper, and Liquid Assets Restaurant & Pub, in downtown New York.

The concert was one of the most incredible I have ever seen. Since I had never seen a Chieftains concert before, I was absoultely stunned. I strongly encourage anyone reading this to see them play when they are in your area.
