Fenice fell and broke her hip about ten days before her death. She was operated on inPeterborough by Dr. Blastorah and returned to Cobourg on November 20th. She seemed to be making good progress but on Sat. Nov. 22 she suffered a Massive G.I. bleed and was rushed to Cobourg hospital. Keith Crossen and Brenda Graham were with her when she died in her sleep at 11.15 EST
Wayne travellled to Cobourg on that day, making funeral arrangements, returning to Cobourg on Nov. 27th.
