History of Service / Bio (please be somewhat detailed)

I came back into the service in 1996 and served with the reserves for 3 years before going into the regular force. I served from 1999 to 2003 in Halifax on HMCS Halifax, then in 2003 came out west where I am currently serving on HMCS Algonquin.
