A puzzling incident occurs when a ship is punctured from below in a perfect isosceles form. A
narwhale is blamed and a hunt goes out for this creature. What is found is not an animal but a
machine.
It has been ages since I've read an adventure. I really got into it. (Was I really biting my
fingernails?) I read it quickly in three days.
My favorite scene took place within an iceberg!
I was, however, disappointed in the ending. After all those plausible escapes, I would've
loved to have known how they got out of that one.
It is more than just an adventure though. It is told from the perspective of a scientist and the
phyla of marine life listed might've made the tale tasking but to me it only enticed my mind's eye.
The biological panorama of colors and shapes filled the margins of my book.
Nemo is the captain of the submarine, Nautilus. He is a man who has rejected humanity and
its' laws and has taken to the tranquil ocean where there is freedom from the injustices of man. His
flight originates from deep pain.
However, man cannot escape from what he is-Nemo emerges from the peaceful sea to
execute his own judgement upon his enemies.
Nemo is not a totally ruthless man. He is compassionate to the oppressed and an avenger
to the weak. Also he is an admirer of the creativity of man.
The question is could Nemo's spirit for vengeance ever be extinguished even by the sea?
Could the philosopher be allowed to enjoy his world in peace?
