A life long fan of the Canadian Football League Toronto Argonauts, he has written prolifically on the Argonauts and the CFL. He is the author of a book about the 1967 to 1972 Argos entitled “A Slip in the Rain, The Fumble that Destroyed Canada's Team. The True Story of the 1967—72 Toronto Argonauts”.
