I knew deep down I
should be thinking of moving from my apartment to a place where I
would
 receive
more assistance with my day to
day routine. This was a very
difficult decision for me to make. Over the period of a year Mr.
Baird took me on tours of
facilities and helped me choose the one that best suited my wants
and needs. Finally, he was invaluable in actually "taking the step".

- Elder Care Planning and
Management.
- Developing and
implementing a plan to assist elders, their families, or caregivers with
all aspects of long term care.
- Monitoring a frail
elderly relative and regularly communicating with the family wherever
they may be.
- Tours, selection,
preparation and support in the move to a care facility.
- Relocation assistance
- Assistance with
navigating through "the system"
- Liaison with government
and community healthcare officials and their programs.
- Advocating on behalf of
the elderly in all aspects of their well being.
- Business and
employee assistance & consultation.
Power of Attorney,
Committee, Executor,
Will Probate
- Assuming the client's
Power of Attorney, assisting them with their daily, monthly, or yearly
financial obligations, investments or income taxes.
- Acting on client's behalf
in dealings with the Public Trustee.
- Acting as Executor when
there is no one else, or relieving family members and friends from a
heavy burden.
- Completing the
Will Probate process for simple estates at a fraction of the usual fee
in much less time.
