Elizabeth Secord, daughter of William and Ruth (Hunt) Secord

I have a copy of a transcription of William's will. It lists his daughters, including one named Elizabeth:

"To my Daughter Elizabeth the Sum of Four Pounds."

According to the Kings County, New Brunswick Genweb at http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~nbkings/V-S/marriage.html, there is a marriage record for Elizabeth "Seacord" and Ebenezer Dibble listed in a Church file of Greenwich and Westfield Anglican Church records. Ebenezer, a bachelor, married Elizabeth, a spinster, on Aug. 8, 1802.

I haven't been able to find Ebenezer and Elizabeth Dibblee in the 1851 Canadian census. They may have been living in Queens County, NB at that point, and it appears that most of that census for Queens has not survived.

The Vital Statistics from New Brunswick Newspaper Series, http://archives.gnb.ca/APPS/NewspaperVitalStats/?culture=en-CA, has an entry for a marriage of a daughter of this couple:

Date: December 28 1849
County: Saint John
Place: Saint John
Newspaper: Weekly Chronicle

m. Petersville (Queens Co.) Tuesday eve., 18th inst., by Elder Abner Mersereau, James E. SMITH, Blissville (Sunbury Co.) / Jane DIBBLEE sixth d/o Ebenezer DIBBLE, former place.

The same source has the notice of the death of Elizabeth (Secord) Dibble:

Date: May 4 1860
County: Saint John
Place: Saint John
Newspaper: Religious Intelligencer

d. Keswick (York Co.) 1st April, Mrs. Elizabeth DIBBLE, age 77.

Elizabeth was buried with her daughter Jane Smith in Burtts Corner Community Cemetery in York County:

http://www.rootsweb.ancestry.com/~nbyork/cem/burtts.html

DIBBLE Elizabeth  d. 1 Apr 1861 ae 77 yrs [* w/o Ebenezer]

SMITH Jane  d. 17 Aug 1864 ae 41 yrs [* w/o James E.]

The year of death of Elizabeth is uncertain as the newspaper says 1860 but the cemetery index says 1861. Both agree that she was age 77 when she died. This suggests a year of birth of about 1783 or 1784. William F. Dibble is said to be a son of this couple. In the 1891 census he was living in Woodstock, Carleton County, NB. His age was given as 80. Place of birth of father was listed as US, but unfotunately place of birth of mother was left blank, with a line drawn through it. The uncertainty in the year of birth makes place of birth uncertain as her family moved to what is now New Brunswick from New York in July, 1783.

The Provincial Archives of New Brunswick website, at http://archives.gnb.ca/APPS/NBCemeteries/?culture=en-CA, has the following cemetery records for Elizabeth and Ebenezer:
