The 37c Coil on Rolland paper (PB-13b) is very scarce in mint condition. Less than 200 are known to exist. There is evidence that copies were included in some of the 1988 Annual Souvenir Collections.
The sky shade varies on all printings of the 34c lithographed stamps (PB-14). The CBN printing has been seen in various shades of purple, the BAB in various shades of blue, while the AP printing varies from both blue to purple. The BAB printing has 4mm wide tagging.
The 36c AP Lithographed stamp (PB-15c) has the 4 bar tagging applied over the 2 bar tagging. It is not known with either tagging applied alone. The two styles can be seen easily under the UV lamp.
The 38c CBN Lithographed stamps (type PB-18) have purple windows, while the AP printing has dark blue windows and a heavier black inscription (Parliament).
The design area of the 2c green vending stamp type PB-02 is 20mm x 16mm, while type PB-03 is 20mm x 16.5mm.
The single bar tagging varieties on the 2c type PB-02 were not intended, but were created by wide 4 bar tagging on the 34c stamp next to it, crossing over the perforations or straight edge. The bar is on the left or right of the 2c stamp to the left of it, depending on the shifting of the tagging, to the left or right. Click here to see illustration.
