  1. These labels first appeared booklets with the 43c Greetings stamps, GQ-01a and GQ-02a. They later appeared with the 19mm 45c issues,
  2. The Bride and Groom labels were also available separately in booklets of 50 stickers, without any stamps. The issue date was 94-05-09, and sold for $1.95. Seton did the printing.
  3. The Philakorea and Singapore labels were issued in small booklets of 4 circular labels, plus other labels of different shapes. The paper type is unknown.
  4. These labels were first issued in booklets with GQ-05a and GQ-06a (17mm) printed on JAC paper. The booklets were later reprinted on Coated paper (97-08-15).
  5. The Chiropractic labels were issued in a booklet with 5 each of GQ-05c and GQ-06c (Coated Paper).
  6. The Santa Clause labels were produced in sheets of 15 and sold for 50c. They were available at postal outlets during Christmas 1996 and 1997. The printer and paper type are not known.
  7. Sheets of 15 stickers, given free with purchase of Greetings booklets at postal outlets.
  8. Sheets of 15 stickers, sold for 20c each in Hamilton, commemorating the centennial of the city.
  9. Sheets of 15 stickers, sold for 50c at postal outlets.
  10. First issued with the booklets containing GQ-07 (46c) on 00-04-28.
  11. First issued with the Christmas booklets containing (46c) GQ-08 on 00-10-05.
  12. First issued with the booklets containing GQ-09 to 13 (47c) on 00-12-28.
  13. First issued with the booklets containing GQ-14 to 18 (47c non denaominated) on 01-9-21.
