DO YOU HAVE INFO?
Please contact us if you can help fill in a missing piece. We are looking for information as listed in the IN PROGRESS page and any space with a question mark. Information based on these sources is best: original official documents (ie jail records, orders of execution), original eye witness accounts (ie diaries), original newspaper accounts, books that directly refer back to one of the preceeding sources. Modern articles that don't have a contemporary source may be perpetuating a mistake or inaccuracy.

DO YOU HAVE A QUESTION?
Almost all facts we have about each person in presented on this site. If there is a question mark, we don't know. The facts of cases presented under NOTES is a very brief note on what we have read. We don't keep complete accounts of cases. As we come across cases in books we will list those that are available for purchase from Amazon. Some original newspaper articles are available on-line. The National Archives of Canada also has some scans of original documents. If you need to know a source, we attempt to record a reference for each person. Send us the name, year, and province. We are not always near the computer and may not be able to respond immediately.

All letters are lower case, no spaces, and note that the dash is an underscore. You will have to write down the address and manually type it in your email. Please do us a favour and don't store the address in your email address book.
