*Original Management Team: Close SE London school friends, all good footballers in their time and many years of CAFC support under their belts.

*Management Team Expanded: to include three family members and the next generation of Charlton supporters, Bo, Angela and Chris. Also included was John, a fellow Season Ticket stalwart who has sat next to us for years in the East Stand.

*Predictions:  Originally, we had fun with off-line exchanges of predictions, generally discussed at "Management Meetings" in various pubs and curry houses around London (get it now?) - then I  put the fixtures on a spreadsheet to send round and have us all send in our picks (I cannot remember which year it was now but I think the trams had gone by then)

*Web Development: for the 2003/04 Season, Ken J had the inspiration to use his web skills to develop and evolve the current site, with predictions as the core but a whole lot more!! (yes - that is poetry)

*And for the 08/09 Season: 'many thanks' is due, for the generous and time consuming support of one of our Guest Pundits, Frankie Valley, who has helped the site evolve to include the wonderful modern world of automatic data updating - "What a lovely fellah", says Ken.

*Plus A Great Band of Guests!:  It is Really Great to see so many guests who have joined in and continue to submit both predictions and really interesting "comments". Everyone who participates helps us to realise the purpose of this site - to get people thinking and  talking about our Addicks.

May they all (and CAFC PICKS) continue!!
